All appointments include an assessment, treatment and an exercise plan.

Call out fee may be added dependent on location - this will be discussed before the appointment.

Veterinary referral 

In accordance with the the Veterinary Surgeons Act it is a legal requirement to obtain veterinary consent before physiotherapy assessment and treatment can commence. Please fill in yours and your animals details on the form below and then send to your registered veterinary surgery via email or in person to acquire a signature.
